I'll post an update once a month - with the first coming on October 31st, 2021. I am currently working on early stages of the game and a demo. 

General description of the game: 

You're next in line for the throne of Castelon. 

Today, on your 21st birthday, you begin the timeless tradition of sharing the responsibility of running Castelon for the next year, alongside your mother, Queen Vivian. This tradition, known as The Harbinger Ceremony, will affect the fate of all Castelon.

 Should you fail in your duties, it could spell death for your people....or yourself.  As The Harbinger, what future do you bring to Castalon?

Notes:

• MC will only be female as of now. My long term goal is for there to be options to play as male or non-binary, but I don't have the skillset to code this at this time. 
• Choices = make an impact on the world and people
• 2-3 romances
• Writing and demo are both in progress
• Unsure what the word count will be. I've felt conflicted about whether to use Twine or Ren'Py. As I got into the script, I decided it needs to be a visual novel. I will find someone to assist with coding after more of the script is complete. So, Ren'Py it is.
